My flight arrives at the end of the night; is it possible to check-in at a late hour?

My flight arrives early in the morning; is it possible to check-in early?
If there are rooms available at the time of your arrival, it is possible to check-in early. Inform us about your arrival time in advance.
My flight departs at the end of the day; is it possible to have a late check-out?
Always verify and request at the reception beforehand the possibility of staying in your room until the desired time.
Services & Commodities

Is there wireless Internet in the house?
There is free wireless internet throughout the house.

Is the pool available during the whole year?
No, the pool is not available the whole year. The pool is only available from June to October.

Is breakfast included in the room?
For whole house rentals, the breakfast is not provided and included. For room bookings, breakfast is included and served between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m in the house living room only. If you have any food restrictions or need an exception regarding the breakfast schedule, please inform us.

Is it possible to have other meals besides breakfast?
We do not provide lunch and/or dinner service, but we can recommend you restaurants nearby. You can also order food and eat at the house living room

Is there room service?
There is no room service.

Is there a laundry service?
Yes. Any requests for laundry or cleaning should be requested at our reception.

Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed. However, please inform us ahead if you are bringing any pets.

Does the house have parking?
Yes, the house has a free outdoor parking.
​
Can I ask for extra beds?
For children under 2 years old baby cribs are included. For children above 2 years old and adults, if there is the need for extra beds,
they have a cost of 20€ per night. Both cribs and extra beds should be requested in advance and are subject to availability confirmation.
Cancelations

How can I change or cancel a reservation?
To change or cancel a reservation, please contact us through email to info@retirodobosque.com.
Whole house rentals require the payment of 50% of the total value at the moment of the booking. Reimbursements of whole house rentals are only reimbursed if occurring 30 days before the arrival date.
